Email.
First step procure email address's. Here are a few idea's on how to accomplish that. Write a newsletter that include's valuable data on your geographic farm(the neighborhoods your clients buy and sell homes in). Things like crime rate's. Or historical data on the local little league team. List of the best schools private and public in your area. Womens club's. Mens golf groups. Book of the month club. You get the idea.
In order to recieve this valuable information all anyone has to do is give you their name and email. What a deal right?
What is your home worth in today's market.
Give me your name and email address and not only will I give you today's median value's but I'll send you an update once a quarter. What a steal right?
Selling a home ? I have a valuable list of vendors that I have worked with over the last 20 years that will inspect your home, stage it , paint it all at reasonable prices.
Just give me you name and email address and I would be happy to send you my list now AND I'll send you my list once a quarter just so you can see my update's ! What an amazing person you are being so helpful.
Ok so those are a few idea's on collecting email address and I have many more which I would be happy to send you.....all you need to do is fill out my contact form with YOUR name and email address. Then i'll send you MY valuable information for free. Seriously I will.
But what to do with yours?
Get a good email contact manager. I have my favorites in the Real Estate Marketing Tool Box <- click.
Most will send out your updates automatically....and of course every once in awhile as long as you are sending an email why not mention that brand new listing you have? Or mention the home you sold in 60 days that had been on the market for 2 years before you got the listing.
