Yeah it's my day job so I'm going to plug it. But there are pro's and con's. If you are an agent or a broker that has set aside a budget for on line marketing then here are some things to consider.
I provide a consultation that includes the following:
* basic keyword and key phrase targeting
* reverse SEO and PPC engineer of the sites that you are competing against
* analysis of any existing websites including traffic analysis and conversion metrics(how likely is your site to convert a visitor into a lead)
* Campaign analysis for the short and long term.
In the open market place my free consultation has a value of around 750$. It takes between 30 minutes to an hour and is followed by a written proposal.
IF you have a budget I know of no other company that will take the type of time and energy to provide you with that much information so you can make an educated decsion about how you WILL or WILL NOT spend your advertising dollars.
That is a PRO.
IF you DO NOT have a budget that exceeds $150 dollars a month for at least a year then the chance's are strong that a consultaion would be a waste of your and my time. There is simply no help that I or the company I represent ImFORZA can possibly do for you. AND the only way we could get a result with $150 dollars a month is to apply a long term strategy in a relativly low competition market.
If you don't have some money set aside to put towards online marketing we will be wasting your valuable time . That is a CON.
