"Lajollahomes.com" This is a agent in La Jolla. They rank #1 for the search La Jolla Homes. According to Google this search get between 2400-and 22,000 searches per month. Google likes when domain names match the topic of a website and like it even more if the content of a site match's the domain name as is the case with this website.
"gocondoz.com" This is a agent in west palm that specializes in.....you guessed it Condos. They have 5-10 first page rankings ALL for condos or condo buildings such as city place condos. Again the domain gave a general description of the information that is found on the site.
"oceanclubrealty.com" This site is the official brokers of a condominium building in Atlantic city aptly called the Ocean Club. They have 7-10 1st page rankings one of which is ocean club condos. While these are not heavily traffic-ed searches the sites goal was top get into the first page for most if not all searches related to the building and for the most part they succeded a good part of that was due to a strong domain name.
